  • A contract review checklist is completed upon receipt of every customer drawing.
  • First-Piece inspections are completed by certified personnel prior to the start of each manufacturing setup by the operator.
  • Calibrated inspection equipment such as our, Two-dimensional detector, 3MM, comparator with digit readout and numerous manual gages ensure that we can accurately inspect everything we manufacture.
  • Detailed work instructions, special instructions and drawings are provided to the operators in a job packet created for each customer order.
  • Receiving inspection is performed upon receipt of job materials and final inspections are completed prior to customer order shipment.
